The management is horrible. All are racist. There are some decent people working there. In mt experience at Brandsmart I was grateful to have a job during this trying time. However when I actually began working there the working conditions were terrible. Employees were treated wronfg and verbally abused myself included. Yes No. Wrong choice working with brandsmart USA and good choice because i went to brandsmart USA without no experience and now I can tell anybody that I have learn alot.

Its been a few years but maybe they have changed how they have done things. Very competative with other companies prices. I have learned that i am a natural salesman. I really enjoy sales. I have excelled at the job tramendously since i started. Managment has told me i am doing acceptionally well. A awesome place to learn and get opportunities very friendly and people-person Company needs adjustments in management you get to learn different things in the store Department and gained great knowledgement.
But I will never waste two years of my life again! The raises are 10 cents and more no dollars or anything. They use you, work you too death but will not pay you for it.

Floor Stocker. I started Brandsmart close to my end of high school. It was a good learning experience but sales are tough. I was looking for more when I left but had a good experience meeting different people everyday.

I had work there for 7 years, and came in to work and was let go for a mistake they did. This company will fire you for any reason, no respect to there employees. No respect for people. Would not recommend as any time of career job in there. Good work environment and great management. Good place to work if you are a person who is energetic and ongoing. As sales associate you get paid by hour plus commission not all positions. Over all a good job. Pros Commission plus salary.
